1. PREMIUM tRAVEL PLANNING

$350 for 1-2 Travelers*
$550 for 3-7 Travelers*
$750 for 8-10 Travelers*
For 11+ Travelers*, $750 plus an additional $75 per traveler
*For 1-7 days of travel; an additional $50 per traveler per week thereafter
2. A LA CARTE services and fees
Air Ticketing Fees:
First, Business and Economy Class bookings:
$50 per ticket for Domestic, Mexico & Caribbean;
$100 per ticket for International and Cuba;
$50 per ticket for airline ticket exchanges, refunds or cancellations plus applicable carrier fees
Private Air Charter bookings carry no additional fee for clients already planning with Allons Voyage
Rail Ticketing Fees:
$25 per person for rail tickets or passes
$25 per person for rail ticket exchanges or cancellations plus applicable carrier fees
Luxury Concierge Services:
$25 per hour for restaurant reservations, spa appointments, car rentals, concert tickets, and other personal reservation requests
Expedited Planning Services:
$200+* This fee is for last minute travelers who need a trip booked quickly. It will be applied to any trip request that is within 45 days of client travel.
*Fee may increase depending on how close client’s travel dates are and the complexity of the trip.
3. ANNUAL TRAVEL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Full-service luxury travel planning to include Premium Travel Planning, Air and Rail Ticketing, and Luxury Concierge Services.
This is ideal for clients who want it all and want to take advantage of all luxury benefits and services.
$2,500 Elite Plan - This is a 12-month subscription of services for three (3) trips and up to five (5) travelers per trip
$3,500 Premier Plan - This is a 12-month subscription of services for unlimited trips for up to five (5) travelers per trip
The Elite and Premier Plans may be billed monthly
